ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
By accessing and using this website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of use, as updated from time to time without notice. Please take some time to review these terms before placing any orders on https://wildflowersg.co/.
ORDERS
By placing an order with Wildflower.co, please ensure that
(a) You have selected the correct item(s) before you complete the checkout process. We will not be able to amend the orders after you have confirmed your order.
(b) Your order is only secured and confirmed upon submission of your payment
(c) In order to process your order efficiently, we are unable to make any changes once your order has been confirmed.
d) In the event that we are unable to fulfill/ship your order, a refund will be made to your original mode of payment.
e) We reserve the right to accept or reject any order(s).
PRODUCTS
a) The true color of an item may vary slightly due to studio lighting and inevitable discrepancies arising from an individual computer and/or tech device.
b) Measurements may vary 0.5 - 1 inch from what is stated due to manufacturing processes.
c) Print placement on apparel may vary unless otherwise stated.
d) Specks of dust found on printed fabric is not considered a defect due to the manufacturing process.
DELIVERY
All orders are processed and dispatched within 4-5 working days upon payment confirmation. Delivery is carried out 9am-10pm, excluding weekends and local public holidays.
We provide standard courier services at a flat rate of $5 per delivery.
If your order includes a backorder item, it will be shipped separately from the in-stock items. An additional postage fees will be charged accordingly in your order for backorder items. If your order is eligible for 'Complimentary Courier' and includes backorder items, do note that your in-stock item(s) will be mailed first and all backorder items will be mailed together. No additional fees for self-collection.
For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.
Price of postage included handling fees. Wildflower.co will not be held liable for any lost parcel should customers opted for normal postage.
INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
We apologize for our oversight. Please send us an email with images of the defect.
a) Merchandise must be in brand new condition with its original tags and packaging intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
b) Wildflower.co will not complete returns should you purchase our merchandise from a third party, or for merchandise not in its original condition.
c) Shipping fees incurred to send the item back to us will be credited into your Wildflower.co account and exchange for the exact same design will be processed.
d) In the event that the merchandise you originally purchased is sold out, a credit voucher with a validity of 3 months will be issued to your Wildflower.co account. If the above conditions are not met, Wildflower.co reserves the right to deny your return. Shipping fees will have to be paid for the items to be shipped back to you.
e) We reserve the right of final decision in any case of dispute.
REFUNDS
a) Returns are applicable on regular priced merchandise. Entire orders purchased with a credit note, promo code or discount voucher will also not be valid for returns.
b) Merchandise must be in brand new condition with its original tags and packaging intact, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Wildflower.co should be notified of existing defects (if any) before a return is requested for.
c) A returns request must be made in your "Order History" within 7 days of the date of shipping (Singapore).
d) You will receive an email with Wildflower.co’s return form and mailing details, and your return must reach us within 5 days thereafter. Any return received after the stipulated time will be denied.
e) It is recommended to mail your return back via a traceable mode of shipping and inform us of your tracking number. Wildflower.co will not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
If the above conditions are not met, Wildflower.co reserves the right to deny your return. Shipping fees will have to be paid for the items to be shipped back to you.
