FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

  • Your orders will reach within 3-4 working days.
  • Shipping will be SGD5 per order. 
  • Full price will be displayed at the checkout.
  • Currently, we are only doing local shipping (Singapore)

Our shipping times: 9am - 10pm (No deliveries on Sunday or Public Holidays)

  • We currently only accept Paynow, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, UnionPay and AliPay.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 7-days Return Policy:*.

  • Eligibility on returns:

   (1) Products in its original condition

   (2) Product tags still intact

  • For returns, please email wildflower@wildflowersg.co with the subject 'RETURNS'. 
  • Do include your order number, name and the reason for the return and we will provide you with instructions on where to send returned goods as soon as possible.
  • We strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations as we will not be liable for the lost of packages.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs at $5 of returned items.
  • Upon receiving the products, the Wildflower.co will send out a confirmation email and inspect the item before notifying about the status of the refund.
  • Once the refund is approved, we will process and credit back within 14 working days.
  • All sales items are final and are not applicable for refunds.

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund, including the shipping costs of return item(s). 
  • Please email us at wildflower@wildflowersg.co with the subject 'Damaged', and include your order number, name and a picture for proof of damage.
  • We currently do not do exchange of item(s). However, you can choose to return if it is still within the 7 days return period.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs at $5 of returned items.
  • Please email us at wildflower@wildflowersg.co with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • We will email you the order form after approval of return.
  • To ensure your return is processed smoothly, kindly check that your return information is indicated clearly and accurately.
